Board games very often are about a particular story and feature different characters that we all have come to know and love. There are very few of us who wouldn't recognize Rich Uncle Pennybags from Monopoly, some of the beloved faces from the children's game Candy Land, or any of the iconic characters from the classic detective game Clue. The characters featured with a game are often extremely valuable to enhance the mood and theme of the game, and because of the intense popularity of these games, these characters have become a lasting part of today's pop culture.

Five Top Free Adventure Games

Some adult adventure online games are very simple. Take for example, the “Adult Top Flasher.” I cannot tell you why this particular application is so infectious. You’ll simply need to experience it for yourself. I can’t even really say that it’s a game. What this application consists of is a gorgeous and shapely woman who is wearing nothing but a tank top. When you place your cursor over top of her she lifts her top to reveal her naked breasts. There isn’t a challenge to it. It’s more of a novelty similar to those naked lady pens where the dress melts away when you flip it upside down. But, darn it, it’s incredibly addictive. That’s why I’m putting this game into my top five adult adventure games, which can be found free online.

Where Did Board Games Originate?

Board games are an invention that has been around much, much longer than the average person would probably expect. Most civilizations throughout history have had some form of board game within its culture, with relics of some board games being discovered before signs that the culture had even developed literacy skill. The oldest confirmed board game can be traced back to 3500 BC, to the predynastic era of Egypt. Senet, as it has been come to be called, translates to "the passing game." The game had quite a popularity in Ancient Egypt, with remnants of Senet boards being found not only in the predynastic era, but also in First Dynasty burial sites, which date to around 3100 BC.

Learning things like multiplication tables, long division, or even more basic tasks like simple addition and subtraction can be difficult for young children, usually depending on their age and the amount of attention they have received on the object. It has also been long proven that most children have a better time learning skills when they are presented in a fun, interactive format, giving educational math board games a great platform on which to make their stand.
